<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: center;">I'm in such a good mood. All my favorite shows are back in full swing. Can't wait to see what's the big event, on, "The EVENT." Anyway, I was itching all day today, like a crack fiend. I just couldn't wait to sit back with good local sushi and watch the fall premier of, Fringe - Olivia: Season 3 episode 1. This was a pretty good "fall" starter. Although I was hoping in this episode Olivia got back safely to her universe and kicked the holy crap out of Evil Olivia. Such is not possible. This is Fringe we're talking about.
<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: center;">

<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: center;">OK, we're in an alternate universe and there are so many little differences "over there." Here are the things I've noticed.

1.

Blimps are still used for Travel.

2.

Manhattan is spelled "Manhatan."

3.

John F. Kennedy LIVES! radio announcement.

<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: center;">4.
<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: center;">
Cats the Broadway play is called Dogs; Ad on Top of the Cabby.

5.

Everyone must use an ID called "Show Me" to use vechicles and so forth.

6.
<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: center;">
Exxon is called Shexxon gas station.

7.

They are daily flights to the moon; Glatterflug.

8.

The statue of Liberty is still Copper or maybe it's gold.

9.

The Bicycle hasn't changed much from it orginal design.

10.

Amber Gases are clean ups to Fringe Investigation.

11.

US Postal Service is called the US "Mail" Service.

13.

Martin Luther King and Eldridge Cleaver of the Black Panthers joined forces and had a dream, "We have a Dream." A memorial park was built in their honor.

*It's not a differences, but Snaps to STAR WARS, it ain't going nowhere. Liv Dunham's cab driver calls her memory skills a jedi mind trick.

LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIND ANY MORE DIFFERENCES.

Please Enjoy!
<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: center;">
The tv show is based on The Brown Family. The husband/father, Kody Brown is a modern day polygamist. He lives is Utah with his three wives (Meri, Janelle and Kristine) soon to be four and many children. The Browns lives in a three family house that is divvied up amongst the three wives and children. I would love to know what Kody does for a living. Maintaining such a a large house hold has got to be draining on on a man's pockets. Luckily for Kody he has a new found income with the producers of TLC.

Never mind breast implants, calf, cheek, and butt implants, but now people can "opt" for testicular implants for their dogs. These implants are called Neuticles and they're not just for male dogs. The fake testes are also made for male horses, cats, and bulls as well.

"Neuticles - testicular implants for dogs that look and feel like the real thing - are said to boost a pet's self-esteem by replacing what was lost. It's a procedure that's becoming increasingly popular in New York."
How in the world would anyone know how dogs feel after cutting off their "nuts?" If you ask me its the master who feels guilt for giving the go ahead, by neutering his "best friend." I don't believe in neuticles or neutering. It's inhumane.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I remember the first time I laid eyes on this play. It was showing off Broadway. I sat center stage. I didn't move, maybe to blink both eyes. The props weren't bold and elaborate. It was well enjoyed; substance, brilliance, I was at "aw!" It was just something a girl my age needed to see. I was sixteen and you know the things sixteen year old girls go through. The title of this movie is called "For Colored Girls." It's based on Ntozake Shange's book, "For Colored Girls Who Considered Suicide when the Rainbow isn't Enuf." Never mind race being a factor, women sometimes feel like the world is coming down on them (and at times it surely is) and there is no way around the stress. I'm not going to get into details about women problems and non retributions, by giving away the plot. I'm just going to simply say rent the play or better yet support the writer, <span style="color: #b6d7a8; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Ntozake Shange<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">. IT's Really GOOD!

Ingredients:
• Nonstick cooking spray
• 2 ½ cups roughly chopped cauliflower
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• ½ Greek yogurt

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
2. Spread the cauliflower out on the prepared baking sheet. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Top the cauliflower with another sheet of foil, and roll up the edges to form a sealed package.
3. Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes. Remove the top foil, being careful of the steam, and continue roasting the cauliflower until it is tender, another 15 to 20 minutes.
4. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cauliflower with the yogurt. Puree until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired, and serve.
Sbarro serves up elephantine slices, so you should know better than to order one that essentially consists of two of those slices folded one atop another. In this one wedge of pizza, Sbarro manages to pack in nearly as many calories as you’d find in four pepperoni slices from Pizza Hut! You want to survive the Sbarro super-slice challenge? Stick to a regular pie, nix the pepperoni and sausage, and limit yourself to one slice.

I'm not a vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, etc. DO NOT CATEGORIZE ME. Just because I eat meat, doesn't mean, I'm not going to dine at a vegan or vegetarian restaurant. Eat in moderation. Your body is a living being and it tells you what's naturally good for it; simply by the reaction it gives you. If you feel gassy, dehydrated, have diarrhea, or constipated; you know the last thing you ingested was not good for your system.

I came across a vegan restaurant while searching for a different cuisine to enjoy. "Sun in Bloom (SIB)" is a fairly new restaurant in Park Slope Brooklyn, NY. They have been on the market for nine (9) months and their food is SLAMMING. Although, it was lunch time, I settled on SIB's energizer breakfast burrito; daily bean, brown rice, tofu scramble, fresh salsa with a kick and avocado slices. All I can say, is that I went back four times in two days. I surely was not eating in moderation and a chuck of my income went to this kitchen. They are a bit pricey, but can you tell me what vegan restaurant isn't? I'm also on their mailing list. So, let me share with you what they have sent me.

I'm a black woman, who's hopes to have children one day. My boyfriend and I do have "Locs" (dreadlocks) and my friends and family assumes we'll have children with "Locs" as well. Personally I don't want to lock my children's hair. I think that's a personal discussion made on a spiritual level, or however you see it. I locked my hair because I wanted to try something new. I believed it was time for change; by grounding myself and preparing to start a family. I made "Locs" a part of my transition. My boyfriend is awesome, spiritual and disciplined. He wants us to be a family with "Locs." So we're in a constant battle about locking our first child's hair.

Let me know what are your thoughts about locking a child's hair?

I came across this inspirational family on http://www.youtube.com/. They are taking out their son Khalil's "Locs." We can see (in this video), "Locs" can be untangled without a problem. As long as the coiled- locked in pattern is not complicated.

It's such a turn on to hear a man talk about how beautiful natural hair is; either it be the natural hair of a Black woman, Latina, Asian, Caucasian, etc. I personally do not have a distorted image about the effects of perms and relaxers. Perms make straighter hair curly while relaxers makes curly hair straighter. Hair is whatever. Wear it curly, long, straight, short, permed or relaxed. My issues are based on chemicals and how they are used. Some women and even men abuse perms and relaxers, leaving their hair and scalp abused. Anything that can burn it's way through a beverage can, can't possibly be good for your health.YONUBIAN: HUSH - HUSH MEDIAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02251299693392534865noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-725484663622366839.post-90374509057299148152010-09-11T20:40:00.000-07:002010-09-12T13:09:26.409-07:00IF YA NATURAL
WHY LOC YOUR HAIR?

I was going through that perm- meets- micro braids-meets finally virgin hair phase. I call it a phase, because I didn't truly wear my own hair; you know weaves, braids etc. When I finally loved my "fro" was when I woke up one morning, wet it, and realized I could really go out in public without feeling like a complete mess. I loved my coils and delighted in it. I finally locked up in 2006, YAY!!!. WHY? you ask, if you asked. I wanted to try something new. It wasn't about a new founded religion, finding myself, or being as natural as possible. I was simply tired of the same "OL' DO." Locs aren't a mystery. If you want to start them. Simply figure out the size and what products you like to use in them. To wash my hair; I use anything I could find that lathers and smells good.. Clarifying shampoo are the best for any hair types. You could find it at your near by liquidators, CVS, RITE-AIDE, DUANE REED on SALE. I don't suggest anyone pay full price. I barely every condition my hair. But let the rumors rest; you can condition your hair as often and wash your hair as often as you wish. Shampooing tangles your hair, a MUST to the process of locs. As far as maintaining it's healthy appearance. I use two must have products. 1) Natural Elegance Lock UP: Shea & Coco Butter. 2) Herbe Life Productions; Crown Heights, Rosemary Hemp Hair oil (Liquid Gold).

Cheers, applause and I do bow down to South African Dr. Sonnet Ehlers, when she patten her anti- rape condom. She sold her house and car to put the product on the market, and she distributed 30,000 free devices during this years World Cup, under supervision of course. Once trail testing have been final. The product would be on the market for $2.00 per condom. Those who think its perfectly innocent to rape and man handle the helpless surely are in for a big surprise when he puts his you know what in the NO NO region. The condom is inserted much like a female condom or tampon. Once it lodges, only a doctor can securely remove it. The rapist cannot pee and walk when it's on. If he tries to remove it, it will clasp even tighter, but it doesn't break the skin, and there's no danger of fluid exposure.
Her eyes were lifeless; she was like a breathing corpse. 'She looked at me and said, 'If only I had teeth down there,' recalled Ehlers, who was a 20-year-old medical researcher at the time. I promised her I'd do something to help people like her one day." -By Faith Karimi, CNN.

Today is September 11th, 2010; nine years since the attack on the trade center. To tell you the truth, I don't know why I decided to make this an entry. I was a mess. I was miles away from my family not knowing what could have been, if I'd be able to speak to them again. Friends around me trying to make phone calls, professors and administrators rushing me out of class to tell me the horrific news. And when all the smoke and ashes cleared, 2,996 people were judged before God that day. The United States of America; government, state officials and people who live here, before then, did not know true genocide. On 9/11/01, we felt 1/5 of what went on in Darfur, Rwanda, Srebrenica and Sudan. It's a blessing that we are the United States of America, that the government can lift us back up and help us some how. Our economy is at its worst since 1930, but we can still receive some type of support. You tell that to the poor people suffering in the slush that they call their homes. Third world countries never had it as good as we do. So instead of crying and cursing our lives. Lets thank God 8,000 weren't massacred between those twin towers.

Are you FLY, PHAT, SEXY and CURVY? Thighs thick and tasty. I'm blessed with shapely legs. Although I don't consider myself "FAT." I do have the dreaded "Thigh Rub" problem. Friction, Painful, Ouch!!!!
My previous roommate introduced me to this solution. Before then I did not wear dresses and skirts during the summer. Although she (my roommate) wasn't Fat; much like most black girls she had a small waist, a big ol' booty, thighs and hips. I had tons of skirts and cute flirty dresses, surely purchased and dying to be worn. I hated putting on spandex shorts underneath my favorite garments; It took away the flirty sex appeal. She sat me down in the kitchen. She went into her room and pulled out her deodorant. She told me to rub it on my problem area; my inner thighs. Then put on a nice skirt or summer dress and go about my business. To my surprise my Dove antiperspirant work magnificently for most of the day. No more Friction, No more Painful, No more OUCH!!! This is my "HUSH - HUSH" tip of the day.YONUBIAN: HUSH - HUSH MEDIAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02251299693392534865noreply@blogger.com0
